Nurse Practitioners

Martha Moon, FNP-BC, APRN

 A resident of Corpus Christi, Martha graduated from TAMUCC College of Nursing in 1992, and The University of South Alabama-Mobile in 2005.   She became the owner of an in-plant occupational wellness clinic in 2009, and has spent the past several years working as an onsite practitioner during the construction of the Gulf Coast Growth Venture Project in Gregory.  Martha possesses a passionate desire to support local community business & understands the importance of keeping their employees and family members healthy & working.

Samantha Wright, FNP-C APRN

Born and raised in Sinton, Texas, Samantha graduated from TAMUCC College of Nursing in 2009, before earning her Masters from TAMUCC in 2016.   Over the past twelve years she has cared for patients in local ERs and acquired several years of occupational medicine experience.   As a San Patricio County native, she has experienced the rapid growth of the community firsthand, and understands the need for medical care and a safe working environment.  She is passionate about her profession and anxiously awaits the opportunity to take care of her fellow residents of San Patricio and nearby counties.

Joseph Barrera, FNP-C, APRN

 As a Corpus Christi local, Joe Barrera has made a career of caring for the members of his South Texas community. 

In 2003, Joe graduated from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi with his nursing degree. Over the next  11 years, he gained extensive professional experience as a registered nurse. In 2014, Joe graduated again from TAMUCC with a Masters Degree in Nursing. As a Nurse Practitioner, Joe has practiced in a variety of healthcare settings, including the ER, urgent care, occupational medicine clinics, and primary care.
